Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt.

If you need to return an item and you have an account with us, please log into your account.  Review your order history, click on the order you'd like to return and select the "Return" button to print out the Return Packing Slip for that order.  Be sure to check the box of the items you are returning and include it with your return.  Please write on the outside of the box - "eComm Return" before sending the package back.  Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.  If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, or if you have any questions, please call us at 1-877-860-8624 Monday-Friday 7am-4pm PST.

If you need to return an item and you do not have an account set up with us, please click on "Log In" and enter your original order number and billing zip code under "Check An Order" box and click on "Check Status".  Please click on the "Return" button to print out the Return Packing Slip and follow the steps above.

Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and we will not accept returns for custom-built product. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.  All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options).  We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.

Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email once we've processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Exchanges

We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your item. Please see our Return Policy above.
